  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes or asparagus for roasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and evenly distribute over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired for a golden top.
